back in 1995 i lived in the westwind apts. ft.

worth i had some pot plants soon after a well known drug dealing family moved in and took over the complex soon after the mexican who had moved in below me over one apt. soon after that the woman who origialnally worked in the office who lived behind me who was a policemans wife a mr. medina he was harrassing me they suddenly moved along with all the other police who followed me when i moved in there all moved out when i reported the family who took over for selling pot that was no good the morning after a black woman and the mexican below had come in on top of me while asleep they placed a wrag over my face must have been chloroform when i passed out they pulled my pants down pulled on my private part stuck something paifull up my anus and injected me with some kind of extremly powerfull stimulant when i reported them the police took me by force to jps psych ward i told them i used pot on occasion they took me up to trinity springs where a woman who worked at my school when i was younger with a psych doctor daniel lawrance her and the black doctor linda davis and the woman from school joann cockrell had me court committed when i told them what they did to me when i finally went to sleep after about two weeks with heart racing the police had someone come in on me and did the same as in my apartment from that injection they gave me on the right hip i could not sleep over 3 years almost dying from exhaustion i still dont sleep to this day until i finally get tired after a couple days im an mhmr patient now because the dirty doctor kept telling me what was wrong with me just because i told him what they did every since then the business owners like the people at the hospital in witchata st.

hospital who talked outloud about using drugs they all started hiring pot users tthey still do so they can all have babies the police department tried to kill me over my plants with the help of some corrupt doctors when i tell people my story they dont care because they dont like me like the ft. worth police anyway im gonna fille a lawsuit against jps and the police department and finally the state hospital you all are only jealous because i know how to grow a plant

On July 16, 2021,

I arrived at JPS Emergency department to visit my mother Beatris chavez (9-26-58) (room p421) as I have been doing for the last 8 consecutive days from 8am to 8pm.!

But Today as soon as I walked in to my mother room started crying saying that her night nurses Teresa and Brittney where lacking compassion as well and basic bed side manners!!!!

My mother Beatris said it started last night when one of the two nurses (mentioned above) started taking my mothers blood pressure several times because she couldn't figure out how to stop the vital machine from beeping and going off due to her O2 levels dropping, when her other nurse came to see what was going on they failed to notice that the nasal cannula was disconnected from the wall that was causing her oxygen saturation to drop to the 60s and when the nurses finally figured why she was running out of breath the continued to raise their voice at her telling her to breathe normal. That only caused my mother to hyperventilate and started to become distressed due to Mrs Chavez was unable to understand the nurses, they also failed to try to get a translator or try to communicate with her about what they needed her to do or explain why they were doing it.

Chávez stats started to rise, both nurses continued to be rude and started laughing in my mother's face!!!

I don't understand what was funny about a patient oxygen level dropping dramatically?? I have worked in Nursing for several years and know the responsibilities of caring and treating for patients, and I know that was unexceptionable behavior.

Every nurse that has worked with my mother from 8/8 til today 8/16 know I have been a EXTREMELY ACTIVE DAUGHTER I have given my mom Beatris every Possible need such as helping with restroom business (emptying and cleaning bed side pot), turning patient over in her bed every two hours or as needed, giving her basic hygiene cleanings and helping get in and out of bed AS WELL AS TRANSLATING, so the patient can be aware of what test and or procedure are being done at all times !!!!!

all staff know when I am there with my mother we never bothered the nurses because I HELPED MAKE THEIR JOB AS EASY AND SMOOTH AS POSSIBLE!!!

But the minute they made mom feel helpless and viewed as a Joke is Unacceptable!!!!!

Everyone else that has attended my mother such as Doctors, PT, RT, other nurses have done a marvelous job and we couldnt be happier with the work they have done and care they have provided

But it only takes one/two nurse to make a team look bad please take care of this situation ASAP and provided better training and manners for some of these nurses such as Teresa and Brittney !!!
