Pissed Consumer Interviews ?

This is in reference to two doctors, not one. My PCP: On my last two visits, she walked into the room, and instead of greeting me, she said, "I'm running late, and don't have time to listen to all your problems." My GI: I called 7/14/17, trying to get an appointment quickly worked in, due to changes in symptoms; and, also called my Pharmacy for a refill. They faxed a request, since the refill was expired. As of today, 7/21/17, I still have not received a return call (after leaving 3 more messages during this past week); nor have they responded to the 3 or 4 faxes sent by my Pharmacy. I have written notes of the calls and fax dates, if needed. I am now completely out of my medicine. I've been coming to JPS for nearly 10 years, and I've never been treated like this. In fact, due to a 'trademark look' I have, most every one at all the specialty, labs, clinics, etc. know me by sight and name. This past nearly year and a half, I have experienced some of the worst care, cleanliness, and attitudes through out the whole hospital system. PS: There is also a 3rd specialist I have nothing good to say about, but I won't even begin on him. I get furious with rage, just thinking of him!

Jps Health Network - Dental service put my life in danger

They lied and said no possible way of having a cavity or tooth infection. There was a cavity on my wisdom tooth. They were shocked when I told them I own a dental mirror. They are just scammers. Lost 37 dollars. No filling, no extraction. If a cavity becomes abcessed you can die. All it takes is time enough for the cavity to break thru. Then you can have bloos infection and die. The dentist was acting wierd raking my teeth back and forth. Stay away find a medicaid dentist. {{Redacted}}

Jps Health Network - "HOLDING UNIT"

It is absolutely impossible to sleep in these units. Nurses talking, tv's blaring, and the incessant beeping of machines. I'd be remiss if I neglected to add when one light has to be turned on, ALL THE LIGHTS COME ON, AND I'M TALKING DIRECTLY OVER EACH BED. If this isn't very close to torture, nothing is. This time, I've been here 2 nights, and I'm close to losing my mind in this tent city. It's the worst possible place to be when you're sick, and unable to escape.

Jps Health Network - Fantastic Meal

I'm currently a patient, in the hospital. I want to praise Chris Gilbert, executive Chef at the main hospital in Ft Worth. We had an awesome dinner of Chicken Fajitas, black beans. Then earlier, I had Turkey and cornbread dressing. Thank u, Chris. This is the meals I'm talking about.

Jps Health Network - Crackers Jacks dr.practitioner

I took my boyfriend in to e.r. they wanted a urine sample and it sat for hours, they took a blood test , it wasn't until the week when we went to visit his father on vacation 2nd day there he was in the hospital for a month with staph infection in the blood & urinary track infection

Jps Health Network - Feel awful.

I've been without my medication...that I've been on since 2014...for a week. The new Dr...who replaced a very professional Dr has not bothered to answer the pharmacy.
